The story of NewFound Rentals began long before the company itself — when founders Phil and Ryan first met as teenagers working at a local movie theater. What started as a friendship built on shared ambition and work ethic grew into a long-term partnership rooted in trust, creativity, and a drive to make a difference. Years later, their paths crossed again in the portable building industry, where they saw a need for a better, more transparent rent-to-own experience. With that shared vision, NewFound Rentals was born — built on the belief that ownership should be accessible, simple, and fair.
